Important - Shipping Restrictions:
Due to state agricultural regulations on soils, we can not
ship our Grass Plugs to the following states:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, & Wyoming.
Due to shipping time constraints we do not ship any plugs outside USA mainland States.
(IE: Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, US Islands). There are no
restrictions on seeds shipped to these states.
Shipment Dates: Our grass plugs ship
seasonally* every Monday for all orders placed the previous week.
Orders must be placed by 10 am EST on Friday in order to ship the
following week. Occasionally shipments may be delayed due to weather issues (heavy rains result in plugs too wet to ship). Since we ship orders ASAP once they are placed, please
order only if you are ready to plant.
*Note: Seedland only ships Grass Plugs during the spring months of February, March, April,
and May.

HOW WE SHIP (UPS ONLY)
All grass plug orders are usually shipped on Monday
(Occasionally Tuesday) of each
week VIA United Parcel Service (UPS) from the South Florida farm
location. Only orders placed online by 10:00 AM
EST. on the previous Friday will ship the following Monday.
This helps insure the best arrival time without delay. We
can NOT ship plugs to Arizona or California (and other states listed
above) due to regulations on
soils. Tuesday shipments are usually made only to states
located closer to
Florida that would generally arrive at the destination by Friday (3
days travel) when shipped on Tuesday. We sell our
plugs for shipment via UPS - we do not offer on-site
pickup.
SHIPPING TIME
Please note that occasionally a rain prior to Monday
will make the plugs too wet to ship and shipment may be then delayed
to the following week. We have NO control over delay of
shipment due to weather conditions. We try and ship all orders placed by
our 10 AM EST deadline on
FRIDAY MORNING on the following Monday -
Tuesday week.... However we do NOT guarantee same week
shipping on orders placed.
Generally Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST on Friday morning will NOT ship until the following week
(One week from following Monday).
PAYMENT OF PLUG ORDERS
Please note that we usually process your plug order (charge your
credit card) when the order is submitted to our company (Submitted
either online or by phone). This means that we will
charge your credit card for the plugs & shipping charges ahead of
when the plugs will actually ship. We then place your order
in the queue for shipment on the NEXT shipping day (Monday).
If you also order other items such as a grass plugger tool or any of the
many different items we sell... these items will usually ship in
ADVANCE of the plug shipments. We also try and ship out the
plugger tools before the plugs, to make sure it arrives before your
plugs.
COST & METHOD OF SHIPPINGAll grass plug orders MUST ship UPS Ground delivery service. (No Postal mail service
is
available on plugs).
Our shipping rate is based on UPS ground service to US states. We
do NOT offer expedited shipping on plugs.

per order)
Shipping for each additional order is $14.00 per each order of plugs.
COST OF SHIPPING For grass plugs
ordered at same time / Shipping is based on 28 lb. average weight per
package. Our
plugs "per order" weight can vary between 24 and 35 lbs depending
on amount of moisture and soil contained in the trays. UPS charges
are based on weight and plugs have a lot of weight due to the soil
and moisture (water) shipped with them, thus the higher cost of
shipping for these quality plugs. When recently watered, the plug trays gain weight due to the water held in the
roots and soil. UPS Shipping charges include a shipping &
handling cost (cost of boxing plugs for shipment).
Take advantage of
our 10% discount on 10 or more orders of the same variety of grass plugs in the same order.
